At Alaia Amour, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. From the piece you selected to the way it arrives at your door, we want your experience to feel special.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

As a growing brand offering limited collections, processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive, especially during new collection launches and periods of high demand.

For this reason, we do not guarantee a specific processing timeframe.

Please know that our team works diligently to prepare and ship orders as efficiently as possible while still giving each package the attention and care it deserves.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

Please note that order processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Tracking information may also take some time to update after a shipping label has been created.

Packaging

Every Alaia Amour order is thoughtfully and elegantly packaged.

Your pieces will arrive carefully prepared inside our custom Alaia Amour packaging, designed to make receiving your order feel just as special as the pieces inside.

Because many of our garments include delicate details such as lace, bows, embroidery, and other finishing touches, each order is handled and packaged with care before leaving our hands.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, transportation delays, and other circumstances outside of our direct control.

Any delivery estimates displayed at checkout or provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We recommend monitoring the tracking information sent to your email for the most current updates regarding your shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your:

• Full name

• Street address

• Apartment or unit number, if applicable

• City

• State

• ZIP or postal code

before completing your purchase.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been submitted or has entered processing.

If an order is returned to Alaia Amour because of an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be shipped again.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as Delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around your delivery location, with members of your household or neighbors, and contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Alaia Amour generally has access to the same tracking information available to the customer.

Packages marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for a replacement or refund.

Delays

During collection launches or periods of unusually high demand, order processing may take longer than usual.

We truly appreciate your patience during these times.

Rather than rushing your order, our priority is to make sure each Alaia Amour package is prepared correctly, carefully, and beautifully before it leaves us.

Carrier delays after shipment may also occur and are outside of our direct control.
